I'm not too sure, those iridiums can be very touchy

Well the iridium tips are very easily "messed up" from what I hear, not all NGK's are iridium, but I think, as long as you gap it slowly, an watch the tip to make sure it doesn't bend

From what NGK's website says it should come pre-gapped

Premium
Year Part No. Stock No. Plug Gap
2005-2003 BKR7EIX 2667 0.035

At the same time the box says not to gap the plugs and to leave it how it came from NGK.

I thought it was a little odd not gap but I e-mailed them they say that its gapped at what the atv should need. Very Very Very strange.

Like 700sportsman said, the tips are different. If you look, you can see they have a point instead of a flat surface. The pressure from gapping them could bend or flatten the point.

That being said, I wonder how they know what applications the plugs will be used for, and what gap to make them.

I remember all the old fashioned plugs needing to be gapped regardless just because that may have compromised during shipping.

I'd say just put them in, and you should be fine.

Well the plugs were gapped at about .032 thous, seems to run great. I put a dab of anit-seize on the plug threads and bit of Die-Electric grease in the caps.
