Default 1998 trailboss 250, losing power?

Hello, My 98 trailboss 250 2 stroke, seems to be losing power its just started to happen in the last few months. When im just cruising and i get on it, it dosent go to near as high RPM as it used to, so its top speed is lower. It seems to have less low end torque as well. It still runs and drives fine. Does anyone know what the problem is? Is it just getting old, and is there anything I could do. Thanks for any help.

Look into the clutches, bet the answer is in there. Also take a compression check. Doc

IF clutch buttons in the secondary are good do a compression leak down test to check the crank seals

Alright the clutches and drive belt look ok, I'll do a compression check, what should the compression be at?
