New boot is on and carb is STILL leaking. Pulled the plugs and they are BURNT, so black its not even funny. Damm.

 

So the boot wasnt the prob, I checked the float levels and its bang on. So at 5000 RPM's its still spittin gas out the overflow tube..... wow 2 weeks of working on it and nothing. lol who woulda thought eh?

 

So last night I was playing around with a few things I saw that the motor mount beside the carb was moving a ton so I put a bar under the carb to stop it from shaking so much and it stop spitting fuel out the overflow tube. Does this make sense to anyone out there?

Does anyone out there know what I should be looking for if Im thinkin the motor mounts are bad? I know the one on the right side up across from the carb shakes wicked bad. How much movement should there be??

 

if it is leaking at high rpm you have a vibration problem. can cause gas foam check carb boots motor mounts make sure carb is not touching frame or resting on something it shouldnt be
