How to pull and check injectors?

How to pull and check injectors?
I have a recently aquired 05 700 EFI that runs rough at idle. I have the tank off and drained there was not a whole lot of moisture in the fuel or the filter, the plugs looked ok and i do not get any codes. While I am this far into it I was wondering if I should pull and inspect the injectors.
Any clues, cautions or hints on doing this.
