Default A-arm bushings?

Was doing service on the 02 magnum and noticed the A-arms have a little play in them. Not up and down just foward and back maybe a 1/4" of play. Grabbed a hold of the 06 sportsman and it feels very snug no play at all. I don't see to much wear on the bushings. Unless they have just compressed over the years. Does this sound right for the magnum? I can't remember back to when it was new.

Yes they wear over a period of time and slack will happen, replacement bushings aren't that expensive and can be done at home.

Yep, you confirmed what I was thiking. Should the spacers be replaced while I got it apart or can they be reused. I will have to double check, but I'm thinking they were steel.

They should be brass spacers. New bushings and you should be good to go, spacers should be fine...they're cheap and easy to replace. I think you can get better bushings from HPD for your machine as well.
