Trailblazer 250 modification suggestions
#11
i"m trying to start a new cage kart racing class for the poor old fat boys.the 250 looks like a great choice.the yamaha kt100 we race can only be started with a external starter.the diffrence i see in the kt and the polaris is the spinning weight.can the starter gear be removed or replaced with billet?just like a inner rotor on a 4 stroke i bet that along with a pipe would wake it up.the kt100 when set up for asphalt will push a kart to 90+.the biggest thing we turn on the motor is a 3" wet clutch.in the dirt racing w/direct drive a very small 9tooth sprocket.im new to the cvt drives but the snowmobile clutches are massive compared to variators found on scooters as far as dia and weight.
