Don't know if you've tried ebay yet, but that's where I've gotten mine at.
Just a word of warning if it's on a disc. Make sure it does in fact cover the year and model specifically. Got one for my KFX (LTZ) 400. Said it covered 06, but in fact was the 03 version. Granted the majority of it was ok, but the suspension and carb had changed. But for 5 bucks I couldn't complain either.
I did get an actual factory service manual for 25 bucks for the Polaris.

Repair Manual Catalog Online - RepairManual.com i just got mine in the mail. I paid $65 with shipping but it is oem.
