Default Polaris Trans gear case inspection

My problem is polaris trans fluid coming out of the vent tube on the transmission and I have confirmed proper fluid level and just removed trans gearcase and split it for inspection and I don't see anything. I can't imagine why or how it is dumping 10 oz or so out the vent tube while riding. I drained 22 oz out and have been putting 32oz in according to Dealer. Does anyone know what to look for inside the gearcase that would cause this. {It's a 2006 Poalris Scrambler H.O 500 4x4}

Is it truly the lube called out in the manual for this application (Premium AGL Synthetic Gearcase Lube)? The reason I ask is I'm speculating that perhaps there is foaming going on, and anti-foaming agents may vary from brand to brand.

Very good point, I was considering that but I am using Polaris synthetic gearcase lube so I kinda just ruled that out. I was looking at older scramblers with the bigger gearcase and they call for 32 oz of fluid and this gearcase looks smaller and the dealer said it required 32 oz which puts fluid at bottom of fill plug threads where I was informed it was supposed to be. I got my manual the other day but unfortunatly its for a 2003 not a 2006. I guess I need to pay better attention to what I order. Any help is greatly appreaciated.

The gear cases are the same.The main differances you will find is in 2004 they changed the rear axle setup (they have trouble with the new one)Other than that the 03 manual will be fine
