The liberal groups amongst us set rules that make no sense every day.

The reason I was told was to keep small trucks off the trails. The ones that are very small and foreign..... They do more damage to the trails.

The trails are 90% dirt roads now in MN and WI because of these rules. They have to enforce them just to keep the tree huggers off our backs.

You want to help with the future.....join the blue ribbon coalition. I know first hand that they fight very hard for our rights as trail riders.

LMFAO Rtickwad. Would be a experience worth seeing! With those tracks he could just drive over them and keep on his way. ;-)

Yea he is NOT even here to defend himself, lol....lol

You know it is my gut feeling if those things weren't so dang gone expensive more would have them. And Mr. Mongrol could feel well and sure that he may be successful in starting a trend!

I am eagerly awaiting the knowledge of what went down...if it went down. Do you have proof to provide us with your claim? I checked the State of Wisconsin website, scoured what was on the docket yesterday, today and through the month of Sept. and I didn't find anything....point me in the right direction!

Copied from atvnation...

Another update from WATVA

See below, the Senate ATV definition bill (eliminates rim size, increases max psi for low pressure tires to 10 lbs and increases max width to 50 inches) was voted on in the full senate on 9/22/09. Wisconsin has 33 state senators so one was absent or did not vote but if there was ever a bi-partisan bill this would be one, first we had a committee vote of 7 for with no opposition and then the full floor voted 32 for and 0 opposed!

I'll check with Representative Hyrachuck's office again, as far as I know the Assembly version of this bill has yet to be scheduled back in the Assembly Committee for an "executive session" whereat the committee members vote as to whether to send their bill to the Assembly floor. The public hearing in the Assembly has already occurred.

That's all for now, this is a positive trust building exercise between the bill sponsor and our ATV community leadership, they love to sponsor unanimous decision type bills!

I tried to transfer the WI tags from the previous owner but the site would not let me, so I took them off and mailed them back to the DNR. At lease the previous owner will get a refund. I went to Ace Hardware today and purchased the green out of state WI sticker. Cost me $35 for one year vs 2 ys same price online.

We have a big 400+ mile trip planned for the weekend of October 2nd. Going from WI into MI on the new trail they just opened. Will get a hotel overnight & return next day.
