Default Just got a xplorer 300 some help please

Just picked up a 1998 polaris xplorer 300 4x4. Guy i bought it from said it was flipped and destroyed the battery. so i got a new battery and hooked it up. lights are bright, but when i hit the start button nothing not even a click. i was looking all around cant seem to locate a fuse? anyone have any wire diagrams for these? Is there a fuse somewhere? Any help would be much appreciated!

I'd try using a light tester to see if you've got power going to your switch, starter, sylinoid, etc. to determine the problem. That would be a good start. Also try jumping the starter sylinoid to see if it'll turn over.

I have a 99 its a great bike but if you ride mud or wet get used to pull starting. After my third starter in 2 years I gave up. The location of the starter is terrible it gets all the crap.It has a drain but what a pain. And wait till you see howlong to change it.
