i have a 97 explorer the when you put it in neutral in continues to saty in gear and moves forward or back you can not start it in neutral it wants to groind when you try to put it in to gear you can start it in gear but it starts to moves as soon as you srart to run the starter.. The dealer added ebs to this machine if that matters where do i start

 

sounds like the ebs bushing in the primary clutch is bad or maybe the fiber washers which makes the wheeler want to creep in gear and very hard to take out of gear or put in. imo
