The new Trail Boss is going to be available in yellow. The plastic may fit with some modifacations. (hole for oil tank filler). No parts break down is out yet.

A 1994 "Sportsman"??? Hmmm. A 94 should be Gen IV plastic I think. Any Gen IV cabs should fit. Just find out what year the color you want was offered. By the way, I'd love to see pics of your "94 Sportsman".
*EDIT*
I was indeed sent a pic of a 94 Sportsman. I stand corrected. I didn't think Sportsmans started until 95 or 96. My apologies. I also got the Gen plastics mixed up. I guess I'm the fool today. Sorry for the mis-information.

Actually, I believe that would be a Gen II. The Gen IV is what the new Sportsmans look like.

Lurch is correct "94's" are Gen. II (headlights in the hood, metal racks) The Sportsman of those years was a 400 2 stroke 4X4 special edition.
The new Trail Boss has Gen. II styling and the plastic should "sort of" work on those year machines.

I would check with your local dealer. They could probably hook you up with some yellow plastic.
