Wow. I get about 85 inches of snow a year. Sure, it usually melts before the next snow, but we get several 15+ inch snowfalls each winter. I've been plowing with my 13hp sears garden tractor and a 40" blade for 5 YEARS with almost NO problems. I even did the "push up the bank" routine with the itty bitty sears garden tractor (tallest bank was only about 4 feet, but that's not too bad for the setup!).

There is no doubt a truck plow is superior. But a lot of us don't have trucks and/or can't afford the plows. So ANY atv with a plow is gonna beat a shovel. And I can tell ya that it sure will beat the hell out of scooting around on some pos sears garden tractor.

I just bought a cycle country plow for my 2wd Trail blazer. With some weight and rear chains, I will not only clear my drive, but I'm gonna clear the whole damn cul-de-sac too! All with a big grin on my face while making, rrrrrrrrrrr-kerpow! sounds as I slam the snow higher and higher into the bank.

I say get a plow, and try not to say rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr-kerpow! too loud or your neighors will start to give you funny looks.
