have someone weld it with the tire on. then grind it of a bit. least it last. and might be cheaper than a new/used rim. check around.

I've welded way worse. From the pic's, that one looks like a ten minute walk in the park. Make sure the guy who welds it grooves it out a little bit. They should know what I'm talking about.

had the same thing happen to myu itp rims and used jb weld to fix w/out and issues.

I think you'd be most likely be fine with the JB weld, but it's hard to say, so IMO wouldn't want to be stuck out in the middle of no where, I'd just have it welded

+1 on the grooving

A buddy took it to his work to have one of his welders do there magic. Might come out of this costing me nothing. But to be nice I will send some beer. I'll keep ya posted.

I used a high temp silicon in a dime size hole in the crank case of a street bike that held the hot motor oil in all summer.

I wounder what it would do for a 5psi cool air rim leak?
