Default Fender guards

All -

I am looking to add some fender guards to my fender body to protect against the tree swipes. I really don't want the Bodyguard b/c it looks like it won't flex or buckle that I will need to squeeze between some tight pine trees on our hunting property.

I have seen some plastic molded protectors somewhere on these on-line sites but seems that I can't find anywhere with google searches (go figure, lol).

Can anyone help me?

Thanks,

R'

Have you looked at the Kimpex Fender Guards? They come with a Passenger foot rest too :-).

Yea I have looked at some pics but I can't figure out if its just the metal piece that runs up parallel with the fender edge or does it include a plastic edge bolt on?

Its the plastic attachable piece that I would desire so that part could buckle and take the tree swips Vs. my fender body, if that makes sense?

Thanks,

Rode with a guy who had them, they are nice also they are a VERY handy extra tie down point for buggie cords as well.

Yea I found this site too, seems like the same product! Its $159 for the whole set on this site.

Ref:

ATV Parts ATV Tires ATV Wheels ATV Accessories: Polaris Sportsman Fender Mud Guard Extension Kit-<br>Standard Models

Seems like though that it comes out a few inches on both sides. But the advantage here I guess is it will protect from tearing my fender body when this buckles and serve as some mud guard too (not that is a problem, lol)

Would anyone know if there is a flat plastic type fender guard that would go over Vs. stick out mounted in the same fashion like a panel type product?

If this is all I have to choose from, maybe I will pursue. Looks like you might have to drill holes, whats you alls take?

Thx,

R'

So did we ever find the flat kind of fender guard protectors Vs. the stick out ones?
My application here is tight squeeze between trees.

I am also open to Redneck solutions! lol..lol
