Default Hockey Puck Lift

Ok, I keep hearing about the hockey puck lift. Did a couple searches and came up with quick discussions about it. Is there a detailed thread somewhere that says how to do it? I'm sure someone on here can find it in seconds and/or can point me in the right direction. I found one thread but all the pics were red x's.

It would be cool if someone could post the link or point me to the website for more info on this. Thanks in advance guys/gals.

Also, sorry if this is "another" hockey puck" thread...

i have done several with 3/4 or an inch thick.....didnt use a hockey puck......just cut off a piece on conduit pipe to the thickness you desire and put it on. have logged many miles on these bikes with no issues
