Well, I'd suggest looking at the ITP rims, Maxxis Rims, and there are many other brands, but those are 2 or the more popular, with the 14" rim, unless you have large tires, which I doubt you will with a 400, you will have much less of a side wall, to absorb bumps an also leaves the rims hanging out to get all scratched up
Also what tires are you looking to go with if you go up to a 14" rim

My rear 10" rim with 25" tires takes enough of a pounding ,I could not imagine the rough ride of 25" tires with 14" rims in the rough stuff, but they would look cool cruising down the boulevard I guess but the rider and rims would take a pounding.

26" with 14" rims (would look worst with smaller 25" tires yet.)
They can start making 18" rims also but who wants it? I can see low profile tires on a sports car but on a ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE?

well i know on our 400 i put 25" swamp lites on it and had to actually trim the back fenders just a little so it woul'd rub on the tires. i would guess they would, but couldn't really tell for sure. if i had to do it over again i wouldn't buy that size tires again for it still rubbed a little as thier too close to hitting.
