Many thanks stendori. My machine is only 8 months old and I already notice some sag. I put my plow on yesterday Just too make sure I didn't have any problems and I have to say I was dissapointed how low the front was sitting. The pipe spacers are going on this weekend for sure.

I was planning on posting a thread this week to find out info on this exact topic. It's like you read my mind.

Did you notice significant height gain/Ground clearance in the front end?

yes, you will see the front end higher then before for sure. w/ the plow set up it should work really well. let us know.

I went and picked up the materials today. Except I got ABS pipe instead of pvc. Any problems using ABS. I Could make a run to the city and try to find pvc in 2 inch but the hardware store close to me only had it in .5 inch or 4 inch.

I'm not sure of the difference in the two products. They look the same just a different color.

Does anyone know if I can use it?

here is something i found on that pipe. dont anything about it myself. i would think if it's sked 40 like the cpvc it would be strong enough.
ABS Pipes - How to ID

as far as my post goes, since i have had a few questions and comments from people concerning if its strong enough or what not, you don't have to use plastic if you can get the right dia. steel pipe and just cut it to the lenght you want. from my self trying a 2" long and then a 1 1/2" long i have found that the shorter one make sthe wheeler handle better w/ no lift in the rear. the process would be the same no matter what material you use.
