Unhappy RIP Quad Magazine

Another sad day in our atv world! Just got my new issue of Quad magazine and an insert stating that this will be the last as they are losing the crappy economy battle. Definitely going to miss all the articles/info and especially the poster girls.

I got mine on Saturday...and saw the same note. BUMMER!!

What other quad magazines do people get that they like?

I got a renewal in the mail a few weeks back, I am glad I didn't send it in because I don't want the dirt bike magazines as a replacement!

That sux! QUAD and DirtWheels are my favorite magazines. QUAD has all the technical articles on repairs, hacks etc. that I enjoy reading!

RIP QUAD!

I liked the mags. I usually got dirtwheels or atvmagazine, but they all made me mad. I would send a payment for a two year subscription and after one year they would be calling me saying my subscription was up....and they would still send the mags.

Very poorly run, IMO, and they obviously spend WAY too much on advertising. The calling was relentless. They called day and night, I just quit answering. It took almost 3 weeks of two calls a day, to stop calling.

It sad to see them go down, but they are digging their own hole just like the Strib.

I liked ATV/SxS Illustrated. They've gone to an Internet only site. I really enjoyed their editorial writers and adventures they went on.
