i dont think the 09's are wired for it. the taillights are all red and the spot where the worklight bulb is supose to go isent cut out for the add on of a bulb. so ya you will for shure have to order the taiilights for an 08, you may also have to order a wire harness if possable or figure out something else.

Chuck_R,

Do you need that HID kit to run these bulbs or is that all together a different thing?

If its just replacing the stock bulbs with these HID bulbs for the tail-light and working-lite
for more brighter illumination then is there anymore DRAW on the battery/electric system
that I need to be concerned with?

no extra draw. as there L.E.D. lights so they will draw about 1/4-1/2 the power of the stock bulb. direct plug in, no add ons.
