There is a 2001 for sale near me for $600. They say it needs a battery and some new tires. The picture show it without racks. [did they ALL come with them?] Locally these seem to go for almost double this amount for the same thing.

What, if any, problems might be encountered with these? Do they have a known Achilles Heel?

I'm looking for a quad in this range for my 6 year old. I bought a Kazuma last week for my 4 year old. [don't beat me up...] I want something for my older son that will last a few years. It may then go to my younger son. I'll cross that bridge when I get there.

Anyway, any help or advice will do.
