Default Need New Studs and Lug Nuts!!!

Hey guys found out that the studs and lug nuts on my 07' Polaris Sportsman 500 are shot. Some are bent and there has been no jumping on this rig. The lug nuts are weak and seem to strip very easy not due to putting them on wrong. So my question is where can I pick up some new studs and lug nuts for a decent price??? Thanks guys. Oh and I would like to pick up something stronger then the stock and more reliable.

Yeah I don't know what the deal is, but it just seems like the lugs are made out of soft material and I can't believe that the studs bent just would like to get them replaced with something a bit stronger. So if anyone knows of anything stronger let me know.

just wondering did you replace stock rims w/ aftermarket rims and what are they for rims? if steel rims, its only 12 ft lbs of toque or alum rims i beleave are 90 ft lbs of toque. stripping is usually because of the nut not having enough threads to hold correctly. imo

Nope stock rims. They are aluminium rims. It may be possible that they were over torqued. Well I bought all new lug nuts, but couldn't find studs.

any dealer should be able to have the studs for you or maybe an auto parts store could match them up. ther is a lengh differnce between the steel rims and alum rim stud size. the alum stud size should be at least 3/8" longer i do believe.
