Hey gang,
Had the ole' 99 Sporty 500 for 8 years now and would like to give her a make over. I want to change it to the yellow plastic or possibly a camo package. Been looking on ebay but know luck on a complete yellow package.
anyone know where to look or know of anyone wanting to part from these colors?? thanks all!!! PB500

Do a search for atv salvage or atv salvage yards.

Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!

Check out "hydro printing". It may be a route you'd want to go? It is more expensive than buying used plastics but cheaper than buying new. My bud had his 03 sportsmans camo dipped last summer, cost was $225. Looks great!!

Not sure who he had do it but I'm pretty sure it was somehwere in the N. metro, Blaine maybe. The cities for sure. He's up on the NW angle fishing for a week, I'll find out who he used when he gets back.

I'm sure he got a deal...his brother sent his snowmobile hood and dirtbike plastic along, done in "carbo fiber". That looks nice. He got to watch them do it, said it was a cool process.

As far as durabilty, I have 2 rifles that are hydro dipped...they get used pretty hard and not a scratch. I'm pretty sure all the camo patterns you see on ATV's are hydro dipped?
