have a 2005 polaris sportsman 600 twin that the gauge cluster all turns on but it shows 99999 on the top and lights up the battery light flashes. tested the charging system and batt. all looks good there 14 v with machine running and batt has 12.5 not running. also the 4x4 doesn't show to be on the display and doesn't work. i have tested the 4x4 circuit as far as when the switch is turned on and off it shows power to where is needs to be. so my question to you guys is did the cluster go bad or is something else going on that i am over looking. also the cluster did have moisture under the lens at one time and after that happened is when these problems all slowly showed up did that fry my cluster? any help here would be nice i feel that it is bad but dont wanna spend 270 on a gauge cluster and have that not be the problem.
