Yes as a matter a fact I have! One time I asked how to print the FAQs and I was told back " F A Q s". I then said NOT SPELL IT ya IDIOT (I D I O T). I think they got the point!....8-)

You are likely 100% right.. but I have never had to deal with GM on a corporate level, (as my S-10 has never broken down, aside from a cracked distributer cap that I replaced) so I can't speak to their level of care, or lack thereof.

How true, even in the company I work at. Come to think of it, every company (USAF included) operated on the Peter Principle.
