Thor that mount looks like the G2 is your Moose blade added to that or is it similar in design from the perspective on how it mounts to the frame with the slide latch?

Thx.

It is a similar design yes. I wish I had taken photos of both of the push tubs next to each other so you could see the difference in quality.

That plow was purchased Feb of 08 and used on my Honda Rincon first. When I sold it I purchased a Moose mounting place for the SP800. The Moose plate will fit the G2 system also.

Here is a picture of my G2 plow for my XP to show you the difference. See how the metal around the angel arm is minimal vs the Moose. Also If I remember correctly the Moose blade is higher.

I bought a Tusk plow from Rocky Mountai ATV and I love it.. I think the quality is great, free shipping, no tax and VERY easy to install and to remove when you are done plowing...I have a 500 as well and got a 60" plow.. I would not buy anything smaller....good luck

Look at the American Eagle plow and their new mount. Probably more sturdy than the others and a better price. Also, made in USA.

The Moose/Cycle country looks good also, but more expensive and I doubt the quality is any better than the Eagle.

I have had my swisher plow for 7 years and have hit some nasty stuff without tweaking it.
Built very heavy duty.

Thanks to everyone. Good info. I will look at all the above mentioned plows and make a decision from there. Like everyone says Buy Nice not Twice and a word from people that use a product is stronger for me than all the advertising there is. Again thanks.
