I have a Polaris Sportsman 400 2 cycle. The problem started when plowing snow. At first It would hesitate at 3/4 throttle then started to stall and finally wouldn't start. I Checked fuel tank and was full of water. Drained tank and refilled with clean fuel with a little of HEET to try and get rid of water in carb without taking it off. It started up Ok but still would not take full throttle. Then stalled again. Still can't get started. Have drained tank and replaced filter (No water) Completely dissambled and cleaned carb. (No dirt or water to be found) It will not fire. (Also changed plug) I did notice that when I remove the carb I don't see any signs of fuel? Help!!

 

did the water freeze in the line or fuel pump?

 

No ATV was in heated garage

 

is a steady stream of fuel coming out of the fuel line when you unhook it from the carb.??
you didn't by chance have a kink in the line someplace?

 

Yes got fuel to carb. Bowl is full when I drain. Steady stream when I open up fuel valve
