on my 2003 polaris sportsman 500 i am having trouble with the left rear axle popping out of the transfer case almost every time i ride it. i have tied changing the snap ring and have evan replaced the axle, i cannot figure out the problem. can anyone help me?

 

welcome to the forum. do you mean the spline cup is actually coming out of the housing? is this stock or have a super lift? you said you replaced the inner snap ring that goes on the spine?

 

are you getting it to go in all the way?

 

Try putting an o-ring under the snap ring.
