I have a 99'Scrambler 400, 75% of the time the left front hub locks into gear when you goose the throttle while in 2 wheel drive, for those of you that never experienced this let me tell you this makes for a wild ride!

Iv'e already changed the oil in the hub, checked the switch. Any ideas just send them my way, Thanks!

 

take your hub apart and clean it good then put in polaris hub oil

Be sure to torque the hub nut properly. This can cause problems if not done right. There are several different specs depending on year/model.
