2004 Polaris Trailboss 330 recommended mods
hi,
I have two 2004 polaris trailboss 330. I recently changed the primary clutch spring to an epi pink in one and an epi maroon in the other I did not ice a little difference. I have already installed k & n airfilters and will change the mainjets from 122.5 to 127.5 in both of them in a week or two, they run a little lean on top end.
I mostly ride trails and do occasional hill climbs. I do not want to change the exhaust unless I have to. I want a little more low and mid range acceleration along with top end or no top end loss.
Should I add an Aaen blue secondary clutch spring or EPI purple or orange spring or a silver-blue polaris, and change the rear sprocket from 40Teeth to 38 or 42 and/or add bigger tires on the rear? Or any other suggestions?
I ride with people that have warriors.
thanks,
mike
