This package seems quite amazing when you consider how much power Polaris pulls from the twin’s 750cc displacement. The Weber design surpasses its objectives.
Polaris does not need to make a Xp1000 but make a 90hp XP850 instead.

I've driven a turbo Polaris sled. Amazing power for a 750, and so quiet. Add the air ride, and it was a very nice package.

More power and fix the bugs 90hp SportsXP with a 110hp RZR is what we're looking for, with a factory warranty. I'd have to quit my job and ride "professionally". It would be a certain sickness.

Heard Polaris is coming out w/a new sportsman XP chassis for 2011, the current XP becomes the regular full-size sportsman. The new chassis utilizes alot of Polaris' sled assembly technology and is SIGNIFICANTLY lighter than the current XP. Offered w/either an HO 550 or HO 850.

they can't make a 90hp polaris 850 because some states have a law that no atv over 70 hp. some states have already band the 850 xp and the can am 800 for haveing to much hp

Hummm. That sounds like fun. Will have to wait and see though. If the new 850 is indeed a tuned HO, and SIGNIFICANTLY lighter, it will be a scary beast for sure. Polaris is looking to put some distance between itself and the competition. The new Polaris RUSH sleds must be what they're basing this on, if true. Gotta love it. -Doesn't do much for the value of current XPs, but somebody will want my used one
