I've never seen a code and would not own one if I was experiencing the problems that these EFI machines have . I ride alone almost 100 percent of the time doing 3000 miles plus a year I don't want to be relying on a sensor or some stupid wire problem to get me back home . If your a EFI owner just ask yourself if you believe your EFI machine would go 8000 miles in 3 years problem free like my 08 carb has just did .
I had alot of problems when my son had the ATP 500 HO. The carb. just never would stay adjusted. Had it worked on but I think it needed to be replaced or completely rebuilt. Oh well. He's having a lot more fun on the Renegade anyhow.

I'll go out on a limb here and predict "bold new graphics".

My prediction: Scrambler gets downgraded to a 450. New sp xp based midsized chassis w/a new 450 efi motor and eps. And, maybe... new Scrambler XP 550 and 850 utilizing this new midsize chassis... but I'm not holding my breath.

According to the latest CARB reports, the sportsman 500 HO is back, Sportsman 400, so is the Scrambler 500, was interesting to note the sportsman 400 (455) puts out more hp than the non HO Scrambler 500. Rzr, Rzr S etc are all back with the 760 cc engine at the same hp as previous. Hope there's still a higher hp engine option to come that hasn't been reported, otherwise.... BNG for the most part.

Yeah, I saw that. The SP 400 is 22 Kw and the Scrambler is 21. Whatever happened to the Scrambler 500 HO? Although, we all know the truly new stuff isn't gonna be on there until the dealer show. And before anyone starts in about the 850 X2, it doesn't count, it's the normal proliferation of a new platform through a model range. Still hoping for 550/850 Scrambler XP type quad, but not holding my breath we'll EVER see it.

True, the Can Am Commander wasn't posted in CARB until 2-3 weeks after the announcement, so obviously they can hold things back until they choose. Keeps the beans from being spilled by those of us low life's who know nothing, now that most of us have caught on to it as a possible inside track!

Maybe since the new 455 has a H.O high duration cam and EFI .it would make up for its bore and stroke disadvantage.
