Default 250 trailblazer

Just got a 04 trailblazer got it home checked comp it had 80psi So had jug honed new piston and rings once it starts it runs very good but it dont start for **** it has a diff header and muffler it has a stock idle jet came with a 160 main all kiehn if you let it sit and cool off it doesnt want to start but when you shut if off and dont wait to long it fires right up also dont know if the gauge is right but it says I only have 90 psi comp but it runs so go when it starts anybody got any ideas

forgot to say it wont run good with air box lid on so i have just been leaving it off

Did you bore the cylinder or just hone it?Most always need to bore out to the next size.

I just had in honed with a ball hone it looked real good.

I would take it back apart and mic the cylinder and piston for clearance..002-004 max.
I have never been able to hone and ring one.
