Default Rolled Polaris 700 twin

Rolled Polaris 700 twin. She rolled side over side 200 feet down a mountainside. Time for a little TLC. 1st up, Mad max bumper............

Pretty sweet! But......how much does that creation weigh?? Looks heavy. Lol..cant wait do see the finished product!

Meh....who cares!
I would estimate about 20 lbs.

So far, this has been a fun project. These things are built like a brick $hithouse!

20 lbs... Nice!!! No problem for that beast! Be sure to keep us updated. It's looking good so far.

you will care once your struts start bottoming out becuase of the extra weight w/ older springs that are known for sagging. it looks rugged for sure, and very well built. you can use it as a skidder to knock down anything in your way.

Man, that bumper looks like something out of Mad Max. Watch out for strange looking types wanting to drive your quad.

What are the two welded tabs for at the front with the holes drilled in them?
You must have something else in mind for the front end!!!....LOL....LOL.....

Awesome bumper. .250 thick steel. I think you forgot a zero in the weight. I just have two words to say. "Over Kill!" I like over kill. Very nice fabrication skills. Keep us posted on the pics.
