Gear Lube

I noticed today when i was riding some gear lube came out of the breather hose up forn on my kodiak. Does anyone know if this could be from cold weather or possibly water in the rear end???or anything else?

Yeah thats true i posted there but iv found the Polaris people to be just as nolegable. I spend alot of time reading in the polaris forums theres alota smart people in here. so thats why i asked
