Default 01 trailboss clutch grinding noise

My 2 wheel drive 325 trailboss grinds when going forward with a load on it. When it is up on jacks in forward it is fine. I have taken the driven clutch apart and it is in good shape so i took the transmission apart and it seemed to be in good shape. I am stumped any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

if both sprockets have all there teeth and the chain is set proper, you may have a bad chain in transmission

welcome to the forum. is it's grinding like when you are trying put in gear and gears are messing or is it sipping like a loose chain on a sproket? the clutches wouldn't make it grind.

I agree with Stendori, take a look at the silent chain.

Apparently, it's given up it's vow of silence.

Welcome to the forums.

I had the same problem with my 03 trailboss.....REPLACE THE SILENT CHAIN.
I did and it fixed the issue.

Default Polaris 325 trail boss

When put into gear it takes off immediately
and when riding it sounds like the chain is slipping I’ve tightened up the chain but yet I still hear the noise. Please help if you have any advice
