O ok. What do u guys think about the tranny. Will it be affected by sitting so long.

tranny should be OK after a good tranny flush and refill. just note the color and smell of the oil AND if there was any water or metal flakes that come out!

Alright. What about the differential. Is it gonna be open, locking, or posi?

top is forward... middle neutral..... bottom reverse... i have two of those same style trailboss..... 85-86 looks like to me..

There is no rear diff, it's a solid axle all the way across...

Anyone know if it is a 12 volt system. I wanna try and jump start it with my car and some jumper cables

I jumped started a few ATV with my truck without any ill effects.

It's a 12v system... been working on mine too. Gotta go buy bulbs in the morning.

i have the same one make sure the auto oiler works or just mix it at 40:1
