Bill, bumping up the oil injection system is very easy. Look for the inspection cover down behind the belt intake on the lower right hand side of the engine block. Remove the bolts holding the cover. Inside you will see the injection lever, you will see one mark on the lever and two marks on the casting. The normal setting is anywere in that range, just make sure its in the middle to upper portion of it. This is something most dealers never check when setting up a new wheeler. It will probably be a mess in there, the vent hole tends to let more junk in than it lets moisture out. This is the main reason for inj. sys. failure on the 400's. This is something everyone should clean out and lube up once in awhile. Also while on the subject of throttle cables if you don't run your throttle cable through the cable guide on top of the carb it will pull easier and last longer. Good luck on the reed and Dynoport install tomorrow. I checked this weekend and I have been running a 240 main jet all winter, so with your airbox mods 250 is probably a good place to start.
