Check engine light coming on since the speedo quit working and it is throwing a code 26. Of course it is not in the owners manual, anyone know what the code 26 is? I am assuming it has something to do with the speedo as the check engine light just started coming on after it quit working.

 

not shure of yr and or other info but a code 26 for a 08 sp 500 is a "vehicle speed sensor-implauseible"

 

If your speedo quits but AWD still works, then its your "Hall Effect" sensor by the right front brake rotor. $60 and easy to change. Part #11
