2002 trailblazer weak spark need help

2002 trailblazer weak spark need help
just rebuilt top end on my 2002 tb 250. I put it back together and now it wont start. cleaned carb and checked spark and it is inconsistant and weak. where should I start looking and what should I check? thanks

Id check for the cheap stuff first, spark plug,plug wire and coil and exciter coil for corrosion.
