Unhappy Throttle Response

Hello all...
I have a 1996 Polaris 6x6 425 magnum that I bought last year. I have rebuilt the fuel pump, replaced tank petcok, and replaced fuel filter. I have removed the carb many times and cleaned everything that i can think of... but I'm still having a problem. The thing runs great when its cold... throttle response is good (not super) but as it heats up, throttle response from a low idle is horrible. Example: If im on a slight incline (up) and open the throttle wide open the engine revs slightly, flutters, and takes up to 8 to 10 seconds before the throttle actually opens up. If your on a very steep hill sometimes it will not open at all. I know the throttle is controlled by vaccuuummm (cant spell a lick) and have checked the rubber in it. Cant understand why it runs great when cold them horrible when hot. Any help greatly appreciated. Many thanks!

You say you checked the rubber, are you talkin about the rubber diaphram on the top of the carb?sounds like it may not be sealing. will it rev up in nuetral when its warm or does it just do it in gear? if only when in gear it could be the buttons are worn out in the secondary clutch

check the vacume line to the carb, one side is fuel. the other vacume, think it goes to the the top of the oil tank if I remember, maybe cracked and old, if that's not it maybe check the valves , should be set at .006 intake and exhaust, also check the cam for wear.
