EPI now offers lift kits, most are 2". Almost anytime you lift a machine it is harder on the cv joints. In most cases a 2 inch lift doesn't require different axles from most companies. The more extreme you wanna go the more you'll have to pay to play. Most people can run a two lift for a long time without seeing any issues, but its all in how hard you ride.

I don't own one but these always looked pretty well built...

rubberdown customs - atv lift kits for Can Am Outlander and Renegade X , Do it your self installation instructions, front and back kits

Tom just do a search on MSN home page for xtrem products. There web page is pretty easy to find the lift your looking for. Its only about a 2 hour and a 6 pack later job to install.
Check them out.
