09 550 I hope everything is fixed under extended warranty
This is my first quad and is a quality, good handling ride, but dealer can never find a problem with it. I found it odd since day 1 it clunked real hard when engaging low1 or reverse. At times I cant start it after 10 mile ride.It will start after slamming shifter back and forth. Clicking rear axles most prominent in cold weather. It has 1260 miles on it all gravel roads except 1 trip to wis. last year. Im taking it to a diff. dealer where my friend purchased identical machine at near the same time. He had same clicking rear axles and were replaced hmm. I just replaced front diff fluid, trans fluid, rear diff fluid, when i replaced rear fluid the plug had a pile of shavings stuck to it. I then shook the front wheels and found the right front ball joint shot to hell, maybe a arm bushings also. Hopefully, this dealer will be more proactive with my problems and not blow me off as the dealer I bought it from did.
FYI: Both my and my friend's machines have the 2 1/2 yr extended warrantee.

New dealer confirms Im not a mechanical hypochondriac
I just picked up my quad sporting 4 new ball joints, 8a arm bushings, 2 hubs. I was very pleased with the fast service under warranty, my other phantom problems will be addressed later. A 5 star experience, if this helps the right dealer will keep you happy and spending.
