Help with value of 2003 Sportsman 700

Thinking about purchase of a coworkers Sportsman 700.
400 miles on it yes 400!!!
ITP Alum wheels
ITP Mudlites
Gorilla winch
Bought new. Dont know much about the 700s
Wants 3000.
What do you think?
What to look for?

NADA says it's worth $2775 avg. retail. With low mileage and hours plus the wheels, tires, and winch, I'd say that's a pretty good deal pending on how he took care of it.

Compared to what some are asking it sounds like a very good price as long as they didn't have a wreck at 400 miles or plowed wet snow for those miles.
