Thanks CaptainQuint for your reply. I have ordered them and can’t wait tell I get them. I have a big hunting trip planed for the beginning of October and am hoping to have them installed by then. I am also having a 5 gal army gas tank and chain saw holder being made by my brother-in-law that will attach to the back bumper. I will send pictures when I’m done.

Thanks to all who have replayed. Your opinions were greatly appreciated

if you own the stock or ATV-Guru Viper/cobra bars, can you weigh them and post the weight please (and indicate which bar, front, rear, viper, cobra, pure), I would really like to know.

Thanks

I would say stop worrying about the weight....... it's not a sport quad. After all if we were concerned with weight we probably wouldn't have purchased a Polaris.

My cousin and I both have the cobra bumpers, he has front and rear without the expanded metal and I have front and rear with full expanded metal. Super easy to put on, a little easier with another set of hands, but I did it alone in about a hour.

What ever you do, DO NOT DROP any washers or nuts on the front, I was warned but accidentally dropped one and it took like 20min with a magnet to fint it and get it out. I also have the rear rack extender and fits without any modding.

yea, i really like the style of the cobra and the low protection, just trying to find out just how much heavier they are, i mean i can see that they are 11lbs more than the viper, but I don't know if the viper are heavier or lighter than the pure bars.
