Yes thats what the dealer gave me but its wrong wont plug into my harness mine is a 2 wire low beam only, could it be possible my quad was made in the later part of the lineup year and they switched the wiring to the model year newer meaning the bulb # would be also for the newer year (4030059)
Thanks got your help and input.

Thanks thats what I thought called the dealer today and the correct bulbs are on there way. Wish there was a way to tell when exactly the machine was made rather than trial and error on the dealers expense ( ordering, restocking, ordering again) just don`t seam right.

Bumper Mounted Light Bulb (Polaris part # 4030059)

At this point in time you have no choice but to order the OEM Polaris bulb @ $15ea as there are no aftermarket bulbs available. I have found you can purchase a complete set of driving/fog lights for $20, which will improve the lighting substantially since they come with 55-watt, H3 halogen bulbs and much better replaceable lenses vs. the Polaris 37watt bulbs and non replaceable lenses. Replacement H3 bulbs can be had for just a few dollars.
Other common Auto replacement parts for Polaris. Make a list of common numbers we need

According to the Polaris part #, my '03 500SP also uses the 4030059 single-filament bulb, but I have been using GE bulbs, part #886 for a few years now with no issues. I believe they are a 50W bulb. These are available at most auto parts stores.

I took my bulb into an auto parts store and looked at everything and couldn`t find a fit-ment match and there was about 50 different lights to look at. Doesn`t the 886 bulb have a 3 prong plastic lock? where as the polaris 4030059 and the 4030061 is a 4 and the sealing washer on the wrong side of the lock.

You got me second-guessing myself, so I went and checked my machine. Now I feel like an idiot. The GE 886 bulb is used in my high beam. OOPS !! My apologies.
