5-speeds in Polaris machines are not big sellers because Polaris is famous for there auto tranny's my dealer has had 1 Xpedition in and some one requested it. I have read in some mags they think it is the best Polaris ever. if anything Polaris did it to really see if there was a demand for it.

 

could this mean replacement parts will be hard to obtain in the future? if so i may not keep mine for the long haul. i enjoy the 5 speed, but i might trade it for a magnum if this is true.
