Update.

It's fine now?????? it just fired up on it's own power and the headlight is nice and bright.....I musta powerwashed something. i will find out later on when my nephew comes over and we ride for a while.... Thanks guys....i will report back!!

 

Dim lights at idle and then get bright when motor is reved up is a Voltage regulator/rectifier issue in almost all cases.

 

Fine now, not quite LOL.... it fires up and runs, but I keep blowing tail light bulbs. 4 to be exact. I got a voltage regulator and I will put it in to see if that fixes the problem. Since Walmart didnt' have the correct battery, and i just Mc Gyvered the new ES-12, i take it back and exchange it for the correct one.
