Hmm I wonder if that guy knows very much about his atv?

Thanks again TLC, I don't think I will be able to go today to look at the 500 h.o.

I have 2008 honda 500 es, do you think I will like the Polaris better?
That is a real good price, possibly for a reason. That engine had issues with valves, only sure cure was a new head with all the trimmings.

if you go look at it, take an unbiased second opinion with you.

2010 Polaris Sportsman 550 EFI CAMO 4X4 w/27" Swamp Lite Tires!! GREAT

This site for some reason calls the carbed 500 a H.O and the other just 500EFI. 2006 Polaris Sportsman 500 EFI ATVs.
Looks like the 500EFI model also gets larger 26" tires vs the 500 H.O's 25".
Yeah, mine came with 26" PXT radials instead of 25" 489s or whatever they had. It looks like they used the same 500 H.O. decals on the sides of the body but the EFI has an EFI sticker on the side of the headlight pod. Not much difference at all in the looks.

The Fuji engines are great. The 400 H.O. is basically a 500 engine with a little bit smaller bore and stroke. The rest of the quad is like any other Sportsman so it has a smooth ride and lots of ground clearance, etc.

The 400 H.O is the same chassis as the 500 sportsman .
The 400 is the same motor but a 455cc vs a 499cc so the power is pretty close.
