Default Any changes needed if I install this tire/wheel combination on a 09 800 Sportsman

Dealer has 26x9x14 & 26x11x14 Bighorns on factory Polaris (Vision) wheels. If I install these will I have to make any changes to the machine? (clutch, spacers, etc). Dealer says Polaris sells these and would not if you had to modify anything. Dealer had told less than the truth before. These also have same step up with ITP Terracross.

What kind of machine are you running??? I know the 11" bighorn will not work on the 09xp because of the sway bar... Although that could be easily modified to work

They should fit fine in the back and if there Polaris rims there should be no problem in the front

Thanks, I'll go down and pick them up tomorrow. They only had those 2 sets and had them cheaper than anywhere else. Do you think I will have to
mess with the clutch?

Thanks, that why I asked here, the dealer won't let you try them. There is 3 Polaris dealers in my area and this is the only one that has any accessories and they are not very friendly. I would almost rather order them from some one else. Any way thanks for your input.

This is true. But I don't think the polaris "Vision" wheel has a offset for the XP cuz my dealer said they would widden my new XP big time. I believe the "Vision" wheel is a design for the standard sportsman and not the XP. And according to Polaris website, they don't offer it for the XP platform

IQSLEDNECK,
I wish there was a dealer likes yours around here. One is small and will not talk to you if you didn't buy from them, another is fairly big and just must have too much business. Went in with cash and I all I got was MSRP. The other is part of a auto dealership and no one seems to know much. I ended up buying mine with 2 miles on it from my neighbor. He bought a new Ranger from someone in Minnesota.
